Privacy Policy
Plain-English answers about what Kemo IPTV collects, why we keep it, and how to take it back whenever you want.
This page explains, in real words, what data Kemo IPTV ("we", "us", "our") handles when you visit kemoeiptv.online or sign up for our streaming subscription. We've kept the lawyer-talk to a minimum. If something here isn't clear, message us and we'll spell it out.
1. The short version
We collect the bare minimum we need to send you a working subscription, take a payment, and stop fraud. We don't sell your data. We never will. You can ask for a copy or a deletion at any time, and we'll do it.
2. What we actually collect
Stuff you give us
- Email address — so we can send your login and the odd service email. Required.
- Name — only if you type one into the trial or contact form. Optional, helps support sound less robotic.
- Phone or WhatsApp number — only if you give it to us when starting a trial. We use it to deliver your trial details and answer support questions.
- Payment details — entered directly with our payment processor. We don't see or store your card number, just a transaction reference.
- Support messages — anything you write to us by email, contact form, or WhatsApp.
Stuff we pick up automatically
- IP address — used briefly to spot fraudulent signups and to show pricing in your local currency. We don't keep a long history of it.
- Device and browser type — so the site renders right on your screen.
- Basic page analytics — which pages people visit and roughly how long they stay. See the Cookies Policy for the full list.
3. Why we collect it
- To create your account and email you the login.
- To take payment through our processor and handle refunds if you ask.
- To answer your support tickets without making you re-explain everything.
- To catch obvious fraud — chargebacks, duplicate trial abuse, that kind of thing.
- To keep the site fast and fix the parts people struggle with.
- To meet our legal obligations when we have to.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run automated profiling that affects what you pay or whether you get the service.
4. How long we keep it
- Account email and name — kept while your subscription is active, then up to 90 days after it ends in case you come back. Ask sooner and we'll wipe it sooner.
- Payment records — held for the period our tax laws require, usually around 7 years. We can't legally delete these earlier.
- Support conversations — kept for 12 months so we have context if you write back.
- IP and device logs — rolled off within 30 days unless we're investigating abuse.
5. Who sees your data
The list is short on purpose:
- Our payment processor — they handle the card or crypto transaction. They're PCI-compliant and bound by their own privacy terms.
- Our email and hosting providers — they store the inbox and the database, nothing more.
- Law enforcement — only if we get a valid legal request we can't refuse.
Nobody else. No advertisers, no data brokers, no "marketing partners".
6. Your rights (GDPR — EU and UK)
If you live in the EEA or UK, you can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of every piece of data we hold on you.
- Fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and data ("right to be forgotten").
- Pause processing while you sort out a dispute with us.
- Hand your data over in a portable format.
- Object to anything we're doing on a "legitimate interest" basis.
- Pull back any consent you gave us, like cookie consent.
Email us through the contact page and we'll reply inside 30 days. No hoops, no fees.
7. Your rights (CCPA — California)
California residents can ask for the same things, just under different labels:
- Know what we've collected about you and why.
- Get a copy of it.
- Delete it.
- Opt out of any "sale" of your data — though we don't sell it in the first place.
- Get equal service whether you exercise these rights or not.
Send the request through the contact page and tag it "CCPA".
8. Your rights (LGPD — Brazil)
If you're in Brazil, the LGPD gives you access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to know how we're using your data. Same drill — message us through the contact page and we'll handle it within 30 days.
9. Cookies
We use a small set of cookies — some are essential for the site to work, the rest are analytics that you can turn off. Full breakdown lives in our Cookies Policy.
10. Security
Every page on this site is HTTPS. Your password (if you set one) is hashed, not stored in plain text. Only a couple of staff members can see customer accounts, and only when they need to fix a support issue. No system is bulletproof, but we don't take shortcuts.
11. Children
Kemo IPTV isn't for kids. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If a parent or guardian thinks their child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.
12. International transfers
Our servers and processors live in a few different countries. Wherever your data ends up, we make sure the provider offers protections at least as strong as the laws in your home country.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, we'll update the date at the top and email anyone with an active subscription. Small wording fixes won't trigger an email — they'll just show up here.
14. Get in touch
Privacy questions, deletion requests, or anything in between — head to the contact page. We aim to reply within 48 hours, usually faster.
